At Center Stage, we specialize in excellence!

CS PLAYERS  | 6th & up

CS Players is an auditioned Musical Theatre Company designed  to provide training and education for students who want to learn and experience a deeper understanding of  theatre! The goal of CS Players is to provide students with performance opportunities inside and outside of our studio; to motivate, to challenge, and to enrich their artistic education!

Who is eligible to audition?

  • Students going into 6th-12th grades are eligible to audition. 

  • Students who LOVE musical theatre!

  • Students with a Positive Attitude! A higher level of drive and effort will be expected of CS Players.

  • Auditions for our 2024/25 Season will be via video submission and are due by July 10! Click on the boxes below for more information!

School Year Weekly Class

Commitment

Students must be enrolled in the following:

  • Theatre Acting Class (Theatre 3 or 4)

  • Group Voice Class or Private Voice Lesson

  • Musical Theatre Dance Class for students not enrolled in other dance class(es)

  • 2 Theatre Electives (Specialty Classes) per year

  • CS Players Weekly Class

Additional Commitments

  • Participation in a minimum of one CS Musical Theatre Production

  • Perform in the Children's Theatre Tour

  • Attend the KC Theatre Experience Weekend

  • Performances throughout the year for community events & organizations
