Ballet class is for those who wish to develop grace, poise, and discover the beauty of dance. Classes focus on developing fundamental ballet technique such as balance, flexibility, body alignment, and strength. Ballet combines the enjoyment of movement, expression and sensitivity to music along with discipline. It is the basis for all dance. Center Stage ballet students perform in our holiday Nutcracker as well as the spring recital.
