TUITION:

Tuition is based upon a total year’s tuition divided into 10 monthly payments (August-May payments will be full monthly tuition regardless of he number if classes per month). A 5% discount will be granted if tuition for the entire year is paid in full by September 1st.  Tuition payments and membership fees are non-refundable.  All tuition payments will be automated by a system of auto-debit from a checking account or by auto charge on a credit card.  Your checking account or credit card will be debited or charged the 1st of every month beginning on the day of registration and ending May 1, 2024. WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS:

If you find it necessary to withdraw from a class, a withdrawal form must be submitted to the front desk 5 days prior to the 1st of the month (even if your payment schedule is for the 15th of the month) or else your account will continue to be automatically charged.  If a withdrawal form is not received, charges will continue to the end of the session (May), and you will be fully liable for all tuition and costume fees.  No refunds will be given for pre-paid tuition, membership fees or costume payments.  Refunds are only issued when CSA must cancel a class due to low enrollment. No deductions or refunds will be given for student absences or if a similar online class is provided in place of an in-studio class. Missed classes may be made-up in a comparable class (in-studio or virtual) approved by the teacher.

INJURIES:

Parents must understand that participation in a dance/acrobatics program involves risk and possible injury and/or illness. Parents, legal guardians of minors, students and adult students understand that CSA and its staff will not be held responsible for injuries or illness sustained in class, in rehearsals, while performing, or traveling to or from its facilities.

MEDIA RELEASE/PHOTOS:

Occasionally, photographs and video of students may be used for publicity material in local newspapers, advertising, or online.  Additionally, from time to time parents and students may opt to share videos, photos or other information on social media pages that may be used, hosted, created or referenced by CSA. If you DO NOT want your child’s photo to be used please contact the front desk.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:

In the event of inclement weather, an email, text and social media post will be made by 2pm (8am for morning classes) if in-studio classes must be cancelled. Please note that we do not necessarily follow school closings as roads are often cleared by the time studio classes begin.  Any cancelled classes may be made up in our regular schedule of in-studio and on-line classes. In the event there is not a makeup class available, a replacement opportunity will be scheduled.

CSA reserves the right to deliver class content via an online system in the event that classes are not able to be conducted live for any reason including, but not limited to: weather, teacher absence, or governmental advisory.

SAFER STUDIO POLICY:

CSA focuses on a hierarchy of measures beginning with keeping ill people home, followed by frequent hand cleaning, amplified cleaning, and curricular and facility adaptations to minimize contact and mingling where possible. All studio classes and lessons are backed up on an online learning platform. Anytime a student would like to take their class or lesson virtually, please contact the front desk for the link to attend from home. In the event a class is unable to be held at the studio, classes will convert to an online learning platform until in-studio classes can resume.

"The most important aspect of my daughters' time spent at Center Stage Academy of the Performing Arts was the sense of Family that they felt while at Center Stage. The Friendships developed there have been lasting. The girls know that they will have the Love and Support of their instructors for a lifetime. That in itself is Absolutely Invaluable. You have our heartfelt gratitude, Center Stage!”
