date, August will be 1⁄2 your regular monthly tuition and is due at the time of registration. September-May payments will be full monthly tuition regardless of the number of classes per month). A 5% discount will be granted if tuition for the entire year is paid in full at the beginning of the term. Tuition payments and membership fees are non-refundable. All tuition payments will be automated by a system of auto-debit from a checking account or by auto charge on a credit card. WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS:
If you find it necessary to withdraw from a class, a withdrawal form must be submitted to the front desk 5 days prior to the 1st of the month (even if your payment schedule is for the 15th of the month) or else your account will continue to be automatically charged. If a withdrawal form is not received, charges will continue to the end of the session (May), and you will be fully liable for all tuition and costume fees. No refunds will be given for pre-paid tuition or costume payments. No deductions or refunds will be given for student absences. Missed classes may be made-up in a comparable class approved by the teacher.
Parents must understand that participation in a dance/acrobatics program involves risk and possible injury. Parents, legal guardians of minors, students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on school property, while performing, or traveling to or from its facilities.
Occasionally, photographs and video of students may be used for publicity material in local newspapers, advertising, or online. If you DO NOT want your child’s photo to be used please contact the front desk.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
In the event of inclement weather, a message will be left on the studio phone system after 2pm regarding the status of evening classes. An email and text will be sent and a Facebook message posted as well. Please note that we do not necessarily follow school closings as roads are often cleared by the time studio classes begin. Any cancelled classes may be made up on your own time from our regular schedule of classes. In the event there is not a make up class available, a replacement class will be scheduled.
Center Stage Academy goes to great lengths to keep you informed and up to date on studio events and information.

"The most important aspect of my daughters' time spent at Center Stage Academy of the Performing Arts was the sense of Family that they felt while at Center Stage. The Friendships developed there have been lasting. The girls know that they will have the Love and Support of their instructors for a lifetime. That in itself is Absolutely Invaluable. You have our heartfelt gratitude, Center Stage!”
- Susan Fritz, parent
RECITAL AND COSTUMES:
Costume Fees are split into 2 payments. A deposit (one-half of your total costume fee) is due by October 1st and will be added to your automatic debit/charge that month. The balance will be deducted on November 1st along with your monthly tuition. Costume fees are non-refundable past December 15, 2019. Extra shipping charges of $10 per costume will be added to the costume fee if a costume is ordered late. Alternate costume payments may be arranged at the front desk but all costume fees are due by December 15, 2019.
Regular attendance is vital to student progress and group choreography. Students may make-up missed classes in a comparable class. Students missing more than 3 classes in the spring semester will not be allowed to participate in the recital unless private lessons (at the rate of $25 per half hour) are arranged with the instructor.
Appropriate attire and shoes are required for all classes/ lessons. Street shoes are not allowed in the dance studios. Pick up a Dress Code Requirements information sheet at the front desk.
