Recital Costumes: COSTUME PICKUP DAY- FRIDAY, APRIL 10: 9AM-1PM & 4:30-7:30PM

We want everyone looking their best on stage! Students will receive their costumes in a special CSA garment bag to keep costumes looking fabulous during transport and to help keep all the pieces together in one place!
-
After you get your costume home, be sure to take it out of the bag and hang it up in a safe place out of direct sunlight to help release wrinkles. Take extra care not to lose any accessories that might have come with your costume- we do not have extras!
-
Costumes with tutus should be hung upside-down to help increase their fluffiness. :)
-
You should try on your costume to double check the fit, but as much fun as it is to wear your costume, wait until AFTER the recital to keep it in perfect condition for your performance! We are not able to get a replacement costume!
FREE ALTERATIONS DAY! Saturday, April 25
-
If you find you need an alteration on your recital costume, please take advantage of our FREE Costume Alterations Day at the studio- April 25th. Click here to sign up!
-
If you know someone who is able to do the alterations, you are welcome to take care of them on your own- you do not have to utilize the alterations day at the studio!
-
Important note! Once the alterations date has passed you will need to make your own arrangements for alterations.

Bodyliners:
Due to a lack of privacy when changing backstage, a base layer of a skin-tone body liner (girls) or bike shorts (boys) is required.
-
All dancers in Shows 1 & 4 are required to wear a base layer of a skin-tone body liner (girls) or bike shorts (boys) under their recital costumes.
-
For dancers in Shows 2 & 3- only the dancers who have a costume change are required to wear a base layer of a skin-tone body liner (girls) or bike shorts (boys) under their costumes.
-
Dancers in Shows 2 & 3 will arrive already wearing their recital costume, so they will only change backstage if they are in more than one dance class or participating in the VIP & Me dance!
-
Dancers without a change may still want to wear a base layer to help make some costumes feel less scratchy! :)
-
Many dancers have already purchased a body liner to wear for previous recitals or Nutcrackers- you do not need to buy a new one if it still fits.

We have sample body-liners available to view for color selection at the studio if you would like to do so! There is a size chart on the order form to reference when selecting which size will best fit your child.

In order to ensure we can get the the right quantity and sizes in time, please fill out the online order form by Thursday, April 23 via the link above!

Studio-Wide Parent Week: Parent Week is April 20-23 during your child's class time!

-
All things recital will be discussed, including rehearsal times! You don't want to miss this information!
-
The complete recital information packet will come out at that time!
-
This will also be a perfect chance for you to take a video of your child's recital dance routine for them to use to practice with at home.
