• Individual  & group pictures will be taken in your recital costume by our professional photographer during your regular weekly class time. (Please note that pictures may take a bit longer than your regular class time. We will do our best to stay on schedule!)
   

• Due to time constraints, if you would like to take a picture with a dance friend, please come to the studio on Thursday, May 7th at 7pm and we will work you and your friend(s) in during openings!  We cannot take "friend" pictures during your class times. (Sibling pictures can still be taken during your regular class time.)
   

• DANCE CLASSES will NOT have regular class May 4-7! Classes that are not in the recital will NOT take place this week. This includes: Acro, Leaps & Turns, Pointe & Pre-Pointe, Kinder Combo BALLET (we will only take pictures in their tap costume), Stretch, Jazz Tech & Tap Tech classes.

• Please arrive at the studio already wearing your costume, with your hair & make-up done at the start time for your class! One parent should come in with their dancer, but won’t be in the room where they take pictures. Dancers can leave after they have had their individual & group picture taken.​​​

• Dancers can wear their hair however they like it best for pictures- EXCEPT FOR BALLET CLASSES!

• FOR BALLET CLASSES: dancers should wear their hair in their favorite ballet bun style! It needs to be slicked back, but it can be a high or low bun, with a part or without a part, or even with the bun in a braid!

• Please double check that all of your costumes & accessories, including tights are ready for picture day! Click here to view the Costume Information Sheet for each class!

  • Recital tights are available for purchase at the front desk!  Remember, ALL recital tights MUST be purchased from Center Stage to ensure a uniform look for all dancers!

PICTURE ORDERING PROCESS:
 

• No money is needed during Picture Week!

• Again this year- ALL ORDERS WILL BE DONE ONLINE! There will NOT be a paper order form to turn in!

• Only digital images are available to order this year for individual portraits. You will receive a print release &  suggested printing locations allowing you to print images up to an 11x14 if you would like to do so!

• Group/class portraits are only available in print format. We also ask that no group class pictures are shared on social media.

• May 26: Picture proofs will be available to view & order online- an email will be sent with the links view the proofs. Deadline to order: June 10.*

• July 8: All orders placed on or before June 10 will be delivered. Individual portraits will be delivered electronically. Class pictures will be at Center Stage to pick up.

  • Deadline to download your image: July 23

• August 8: Late orders placed after June 10 will be delivered. Individual portraits will be delivered electronically. Class pictures will be at Center Stage to pick up.

  • Deadline to download your image: August 20 

• August 20: Galleries will no longer be available for viewing or late orders. 

 

*Late orders placed after June 10 will not be processed or delivered by July 8 and will be subject to a later delivery date.
